We are looking for Sales Specialists with a strategic sales mindset, a strong passion for beauty, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to contribute to our company's growth.

Position: Beauty Sales Specialist Plurimandatario
Territory: Entire Italy
Professional Experience
Minimum 6 years of sales experience in pharmacy/para-pharmacy channels within the beauty market.

Diploma or Degree

Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage a customer portfolio aligned with company goals
* Propose and negotiate commercial agreements, development plans, and in-store marketing activities
* Monitor sales and provide feedback to optimize promotional strategies
* Manage point-of-sale activities to facilitate product rotation
* Conduct training sessions for store staff to support proper product presentation
* Maintain updated customer and market information in company systems
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma or Degree
* At least 6 years of sales experience in pharmacy channels within the beauty market
* Deep understanding of dermocosmetics trends and consumer needs
* Good organizational, analytical, and goal-oriented skills
* Excellent sales and customer relationship skills
* Knowledge of modern sales logic and pharmacy channel
* Basic knowledge of digital selling/marketing
* Consultative approach to inform and provide added-value solutions
* Proficiency with main IT packages
* Residence in the target area and familiarity with the territory
* Registered with the Pharmacists' Register and VAT number
