* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Act as a technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing technical communication and solution introductions.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, demonstrating technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sales support.
* Ensure partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services through training and interaction.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products.
* Help partners customize solutions based on your technical insights for commercial success.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical or electro-mechanical fields.
* Minimum of 3 years in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, ideally in residential energy storage.
* Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training delivery.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* Passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages like French, German, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
