This role focuses on Natural Gas and Alternative Fuels Industrial Users, mainly located in Northern Italy, to achieve the strategic targets for sales, bookings, and product lines/services. Responsibilities: Identify market requirements, develop strategies, and implement tactics to grow orders and profitability within assigned accounts. Negotiate business contracts with customers, including discounts, pricing, and volume structures, within your delegated authority. Maintain a project opportunity list using CRM and related tools. Coordinate and support the execution of contractual terms with customers. Report regularly on market trends, competitive strategies, and customer behaviors that could impact the business. Promote Emerson Natural Gas Solutions specifically. Candidate Profile: You're proactive in challenging situations, excellent at recognizing opportunities, and driven to complete tasks with energy and determination. You are customer-focused, collaborative, innovative, and act with integrity. You're comfortable questioning the status quo and proposing creative solutions. Requirements: Engineering degree or equivalent technical background. Relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Proficiency in Italian and English (verbal, reading, writing). Willingness to travel up to 60% within the region. Preferred Qualifications: Strong technical background in the Gas Industry or similar fields. Ability to operate within a matrix organization and collaborate across business units. Strong communication skills across all organizational levels. Team player willing to collaborate with regional and global sales teams.
