Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a PR & Influencer Marketing Manager Maui Jim who will report to Senior PR Manager as part of our dynamic PR team in Milan.
1. Manage and coordinate PR activities for theMaui Jim brand
2. Define and implement influencer marketing strategies in line with brand positioning, selecting profiles consistent with the brand’s values and monitoring the impact of collaborations in terms of awareness and engagement
3. Manage the relationship with talent agencies, managers and KOLs and ensure the development of the brand's Friend of the House community
4. Coordinate and supervise the activities of the influencer marketing agency, with particular focus on planning, analyzing results and optimizing them
5. Develop PR strategies consistent with the brand's values and positioning, identifying ad-hoc activities for different markets (e.g. social campaigns, dedicated events, collaborations with outdoor communities, etc.), promoting innovative ideas aligned with emerging trends
6. Strengthen the presence and relevance of the brand in the main media channels - both print and digital - with a focus on lifestyle, sport, wellness, travel and tourism
7. Ensure that the product image is always represented in a manner consistent with the authentic, premium and performance DNA of the brand
8. Working closely with the Marketing, Communications, Social, Content, Retail Design and E-commerce teams to ensure strategic alignment between all activities and integrated brand communication
9. Work with PR agencies to support the brand
10. Collaborate with the team for the development of all brand PR assets (press releases, pack shots, cookbooks)
11. Collaborate in the organization of Press Days
12. Constantly share PR plans and results encouraging a continuous exchange of best practices
13. Define and monitor the PR budget for the Brand, ensuring a strategic use of resources
Who you are
14. Degree in Marketing or Communication
15. At least 5 years of PR and influencer marketing experience, with proven results in community creation
16. An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
17. With advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point, FGPS, DMR
18. Mandatory Proficiency in talents / KOLs managagement
19. Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
20. A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
21. Entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
