REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years in a service role in a fast paced, upscale restaurantMinimum 2 years as a bartender in similar style venueBasic mathematical skillsBe able to work in a standing position for long periods of timeStrong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktailsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills
