Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions. /p pbJoin Our Team as a Senior / Director Business Development - home based in UK, Spain, Germany, Poland, Italy or Portugal. /b /p pbAbout this role /b /p pWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven bSenior / Director Business Development /b to join our European Clinical Development Services (CDS) team. In this role, you will collaborate with a highly skilled and motivated group of professionals, driving new partnerships and expanding our presence in the European market. /p pAs bSenior / Director Business Development /b, you will be responsible for strategic sales planning, client relationship management and overall growth of CDS. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless support for new and existing clients. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liDevelop and execute a business development strategy focused on the European biotech/pharma market /li liDrive new business acquisition to meet or exceed annual sales targets /li liIdentify and qualify new leads, managing the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation /li liCollaborate with internal teams to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) /li liPrepare TFS teams for client engagements, including Capabilities Presentations and Bid Defense Meetings (BDMs) /li liManage contract and budget discussions post-award to ensure alignment and client satisfaction /li liEstablish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients /li liOrganize and deliver high-quality sponsor presentations that communicate the value of TFS’ CDS services /li liProvide strategic input and leadership during proposal development /li liMonitor post-award project status and coordinate scope changes as needed /li liTrack competitive intelligence and market trends in the CRO space /li liRepresent TFS at industry conferences and tradeshows in Europe /li liManage travel and expense reporting in compliance with company guidelines /li /ul h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, business development, or sales within the CRO industry /li liProven track record of at least 3 years in consultative sales with strong negotiation and closing skills /li liStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels /li liDeep understanding of clinical development and the regulatory landscape in Europe /li liStrong organizational skills, self-starter, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment /li liExperience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite /li liExcellent presentation and proposal development skills /li liWillingness to travel across Europe to attend client meetings, conferences and internal events as needed /li /ul pbWhat We Offer /b /p pWe provide a competitive salary and performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a rewarding, global environment.
