About the roleWe are looking for a results‐driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in leading and executing integrated digital strategies across multiple channels. The role will be responsible for driving the performance of SEA and paid social campaigns, overseeing website content and email marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross‐functional teams and external partners, monitor and analyze key KPIs, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive continuous growth.Responsibilities
Execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across SEA, Social Media, Email Marketing, and website (CMS e.g. WordPress), ensuring brand consistency and performance alignmentManagement and optimization of performance campaigns (SEA and paid social), including budget tracking, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and ROI optimizationManagement of website content, SEO optimization, UX improvements, and ongoing performance monitoringCoordination of content distribution across OTA platforms, review sites, and local listings to ensure brand visibility and consistencyExecution of email marketing activities, including segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign performance analysisManagement of social media content planning, publishing, community monitoring, and performance reportingSupport in content creation and copywriting across digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone of voiceSupport in coordination of photo and video production activities, working with brand team and external agencies and internal stakeholdersMonitoring and analysis of digital KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, funnels, attribution models) with reporting and insightsSupport in MarTech tools usage and optimization to improve campaign efficiency and automationCompetitive analysis and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunitiesCross‐functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related fieldFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., French) are a plusProven experience (at least 7+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and omnichannel strategyAdvanced expertise in SEA, Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, and digital campaign managementStrong knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and website optimization best practices (SEO, UX/UI principles)Solid experience with third‐party platforms (OTA ecosystems, review platforms, local listings management tools)Advanced proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio/Looker) with ability to translate data into strategyStrong command of marketing automation tools and CRM systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skillsStrong project management and organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and deadlinesDemonstrated leadership and team management skillsStrategic mindset with a strong focus on innovation, performance, and continuous improvementPassion for digital trends, emerging technologies, and data‐driven marketing
