This role involves providing outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Respond to Italian-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products and services.
* Offer detailed product information and assist customers with any issues or complaints.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
* Stay updated with company policies, products, and ongoing promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
* Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
* Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
* Proficient in CRM software and common office applications.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team environment.
* Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered by the company.
