Overview
Restaurant Manager role at BZAR hotels.
Responsibilities
* Operational focus (approx. 80%) and managerial responsibilities (approx. 20%),
* Supervise and organize all dining room and kitchen activities (coordinate with the Chef),
* Ensure excellent guest service and manage guest feedback and complaints,
* Manage staff (schedules, leave, illnesses, permissions, requests),
* Monitor stock levels and place orders for supplies,
* Coordinate with HR on staff recruitment and training,
* Ensure compliance with current regulations and company procedures related to hygiene (HACCP) and safety,
* Oversee the restaurant operations from an economic perspective,
* Prepare weekly plans for management and monthly reports for ownership.

Cosa cerchiamo in te
* 2 years of prior experience in the role,
* Excellent knowledge of Office (especially Excel),
* Solid ability to calculate food cost and labor cost,
* Proficiency in English,
* Operational mindset,
* Strong problem solving, leadership and communication skills,
* Innovative mindset and proactivity.
