This means you will be part of an international organization working with colleagues of different nationalities and experiences, all with the excitement of a local approach. /pulliWe have the ingredients for your new role /liliAs Trade Category Manager, reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving the optimization of some of our product categories to maximize profitability and growth. /li /ulpA category specialist and an intern will report to the Trade Category Manager. /ppbYour main tasks will be : /b /polliDefine the 360° Commercial Vision Strategy of the category, focusing on areas and channels (shelf, assortment, distribution, promo, Perfect Store initiatives). /liliDefine the commercial policy of the category in terms of assortment and promotional guidelines and track their effectiveness. /liliServe as the point of reference for the SOP process with a Risk Opportunities assessment approach to guide short, medium, and long-term growth objectives within your perimeter. /liliStructure periodic reports for tracking sell-in sell-out data by area, channel, and customers. /liliDefine and manage category listing budgets. /liliSupport the Sales team in building the plan per customer and developing Category Management projects. /liliSupport the Perfect Store team in identifying point of sale execution opportunities by channel/customer. /liliCollaborate with other functions, particularly Marketing Finance, for category development. /li /olpbWrite the recipe for your growth in STAR /b /ppbIf you have: /b /polli4+ years of business experience in Trade Marketing and Sales, preferably in an FMCG company. /liliBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any relevant field. /liliSolid commercial acumen. /liliHigh level of logical and analytical skills, with the ability to distill information and uncover insights from various sources. /li /olpbAnd you are: /b /pulliA strong communicator, with great empathy; /liliA Team Player with great drive; /liliEager for a new challenge; /liliProactive; /liliFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
