As KAM TV you need to be passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals. You will be responsible for managing strategic costumer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for sales within the accounts. /p pThe person will be responsible of: /p ul liManaging accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel; /li liNetworking within national accounts in order to secure all business opportunities; /li liEnsuring internal company functions giving the highest level of customer service to national accounts; /li liMonitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively; /li liHolding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts; /li liInvestigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts; /li liTaking a proactive approach to account management; /li liArranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer; /li liHolding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales; /li liFocusing on communication and marketing activities aimed at delivering value. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liSales and Business Development experience and proof of this; /li liMarketing Background /li /ul pbEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field /p pbProfessional experience: /b 5-7 years of experience within the Consumer Electronics, especially in TV Market; /p pbLanguage: /b Fluency in English and Italian /p h3Soft skills: /h3 ul liProactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross-functional activities; /li liClients management skills /li liTeam working skills /li /ul pbTechnical Skills: /b Analytical skills /p pbOther: /b Familiarity with Consumer Electronic Goods markets /p pb#LI-MV1 /b /p pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
