We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can elevate the brand presence with a strong sense of style, strategy, and storytelling.
You will play a key role in positioning the hotel across all channels, bringing to life impactful campaigns that connect with both global travelers and the local scene.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with revenue goals.
- Lead campaigns across digital, social, PR, and traditional channels.
- Drive Food & Beverage storytelling and promotions, targeting both in-house guests and local audiences.
- Manage social media presence, content creation, and online reputation.
- Coordinate PR activities, media relations, and press releases.
- Collaborate with eCommerce, Revenue, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and performance.
- Oversee marketing collateral, photo shoots, and visual assets in line with brand standards.
- Monitor performance, trends, and competitors to continuously optimize campaigns.
Who we’re looking for:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, digital or PR (hospitality or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for branding and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
