PThe Account Manager’s role is to ensure the achievement of sales within their given territory. The position will be responsible for managing all business accounts in the assigned region, creating strategies, and executing tactics to develop and implement sales plans that will contribute to the financial growth of the company. /ppuLocation : /u Home-office from Milan, Turin, or Bologna /ppbDuties / Responsibilities /b /pulliDevelop, establish, and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the territory and specific accounts to achieve the goals of the budget and financial growth of the territory. /liliMaintain a current understanding and knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients and customers. /liliManage existing accounts and expand the customer base in the territory, developing long-term profitable accounts. /liliParticipate in all sales activities and attend meetings. /liliTravel as required. /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pulliMaster's degree in Molecular Biology is required; PhD preferred. /liliPrevious experience in Next Generation Sequencing is required. /liliPrevious sales experience in the Life Science industry is preferred. /liliOutstanding listening, verbal, and written English communication skills. /liliBusiness-level Italian communication proficiency is highly preferred. /liliProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /liliDemonstrated success in generating new customer leads and building a business. /liliAbility to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships. /liliAbility to work independently from a home office. /li /ulpNovogene is an Equal Opportunity Employer that prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
