Overview Join to apply for the Product Sales Specialist Clinical IT role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (Danaher Life Sciences). Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is part of Danaher and works to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools. The role is part of the Solution Design team located in Italy and will be fully remote. The position reports to the Clinical IT Manager and coordinates upstream (the product) and downstream (go-to-market) sales, marketing, project management, and post-sales consulting for the Clinical IT portfolio. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the healthcare IT landscape to inform sales strategies and product positioning. Conduct thorough needs assessments with healthcare professionals and IT departments. Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, customer support, and professional services, to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-implementation. Manage issues that arise during project implementation and identify corrective actions to meet timelines. Build and preserve relationships with customers through follow-up to understand their needs and meet them with targeted solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted consultant for the Clinical IT solutions, sharing ideas on possible improvements and developments for Clinical-IT products. Maintain an expert-level understanding of the clinical IT product portfolio. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.g., Lab Middleware, LIS). Strong customer communication and listening skills. Fluency in Italian and English. Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require, and willingness to travel 50–70% of the time.
