Kitchen Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled kitchen manager to lead our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a sous chef or head chef, with a strong background in:
* Leadership and communication
* Cooking techniques and menu planning
* Plating and presentation skills
The selected individual will be responsible for:
* Managing the kitchen and coordinating the culinary team
* Planning and executing menus
* Maintaining high-quality standards
* Overseeing orders and supplies
* Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Culinary Team Management: Lead and motivate the culinary team to achieve exceptional results.
* Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet the established quality standards.
* Supply Chain Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies.
* Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Benefits:
This is a full-time position, working 6 days a week. The salary range is between €2000 and €2500 net per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
