Sales Executive Job in Italy
Our client, a globally connected trading firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence within the semiconductor sector.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare regular sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales volume, and suggestions for expanding the customer base.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the semiconductor industry.
* Identify and engage new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
* Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
* Stay up to date with market trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
* Collaborate with the team to present sales pitches to key clients, maintain client relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
Qualifications:
* The ideal candidate should have sales experience in semiconductors or related industries, with a strong understanding of electronic components, supply chains, and technical sales. Prior roles in B2B sales, distribution, or OEM partnerships would be highly beneficial.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
* Strong understanding of semiconductor products, supply chains, and market dynamics.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a results-oriented mindset.
* Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
