This is an excellent opportunity for experienced recruiters fluent in both Italian and English to collaborate with our team and help uncover top local talent for various projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and onboard freelance Linguistic Experts (translators, interpreters, localization specialists). /li liSource STEM Experts (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics professionals). /li liIdentify Other Subject Matter Experts as per project needs (e.g., education, healthcare, business, law, finance, etc.). /li liBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals. /li liPre-screen candidates for skills, experience, and suitability for specific project requirements. /li liCommunicate regularly with our team regarding project milestones and candidate progress. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liResidency in Italy and strong understanding of the local talent market. /li liFluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. /li liRecruitment experience in technical, linguistic, or specialist fields is preferred. /li liStrong networking, communication, and organizational skills. /li liAbility to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines. /li /ul h3Milestone-Based Engagement Model /h3 ul liPayment is based on the completion and approval of specific milestones rather than a fixed salary. /li liMilestones could include : submitting candidate shortlists, completing interview rounds, or successfully onboarding hires. /li liThe specific milestones for each project will be discussed and agreed upon separately with the recruiter according to project requirements and timeline. /li liPayment is released after each milestone is validated and approved, ensuring clarity, fairness, and performance-based engagement. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
