In this role you lead the audit team to perform assessments per DNV standards and international guidelines. You will plan and execute audits, maintain independence, and report findings within agreed timelines, while building strong client relationships. You contribute to continuous professional development and align with DNV’s values of care, dare, and share. This position offers global exposure, training, and the chance to influence certification outcomes.

Lead audit team and ensure audits comply with DNV standards and client agreements
Plan, execute, report findings, and follow up within defined timeframes and budgets
Maintain independence of the DNV scheme at all times
Acquire/maintain Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent
Maintain relationships with client personnel and communicate with management and stakeholders
Ensure correct use of auditing tools and data management for certificates
Provide professional development guidance and timely reviews for team members
Travel as required within Italy and possibly abroad according to assignment
Promote continuous training and professional improvement
Contribute to a positive work environment and high team morale
Support production and communication tools used in auditing activities
Meet statutory and regulatory requirements during audits
Responsabilità

APSCA qualification for third-party audits or SA8000 qualification or equivalent social audit experience
Auditor xlwpduy registration with DNV or equivalent
Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English
Availability to travel in Italy
Strong teamwork and organizational skills
Positive and result‑driven mindset
Security and compliance awareness
Experience as a third‑party auditor in management system certification or equivalent
