Job Description
We are looking for a Function (Opex) Controller to join our team and support an important customer. The activity includes:
* Provide functions related costs information to Director PMO and C-levels for budget function tracking through a WBS controlling by SAP tool;
* Actively support stakeholders to create relevant KPIs to track project’s financial performances;
* Provide ongoing analytical support to the C-levels for function expense curves (POs) and budget forecasts on a regular basis cooperating with people involved on it;
* Supporting the C-levels and Director PMO with gap analysis and info to allow operational decisions, comparing different scenarios and alternatives;
* Actively participate and contribute to collect forecast Opex budget to submit to Finance planning.
Qualifications
* Master degree in a cost management or economical field, or equivalent practical experience;
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
* Knowledge of accounting best practices, internal controls, and standardized processes and procedures;
* Business analyst in a management consulting firm or PMO/controlling experience in a project-driven company;
* Interpersonal skills;
* Fluency in Italian and English is important.
