This individual will play a key role driving a significant share of revenue for Splunk in the marketpbWhat you'll get to do /b /pliDeveloping both new and existing business within major accounts across the Italian market, preferably in the local public sector companies in centre and south of Italy /liliConsistently deliver adventurous license, support and service revenue quotas on a quarterly and yearly basis /liliBuilding and maintaining c-level relationships within our major accounts, identifying joint regional sales strategies /liliWorking closely with partners for maximum efficiency with a demonstrable background of closing large opportunities through the Channel /liliNamed Account penetration, account planning and opportunity management /liliNegotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI /liliBuilding and managing a sales pipeline and forecasting, tracking activities and progress throughout the sales process /liliEngaging and leveraging internal, international and local, teams to maximize and expand deal sizes. Working closely with sales engineering, professional services, marketing, in-house as well as partner services resources /liliUsing our sales methodology and processes effectively throughout all sales processes ensuring a quality driven service is delivered /liliProviding timely and informative input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing /lipbMust-have Qualifications /b /pli5+ years direct Enterprise Software selling experience to large enterprises is a must /liliAbility to grow and scale upward with the company; first line management experience a plus /liliVery comfortable in the “C” suite with a track record of managing and developing up to 8 account load /liliStrong executive presence and polish /liliForecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy /liliOutstanding management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills /liliThrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment /liliAble to work independently and remotely from members of your team /liliRelevant software proven experience in any of the following: IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics. /liliUse CRM systems (Salesforce) extensively /liliExperience in using a Value based sales process and qualification method MEDDIC /liliTrack record of success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the defined territory /liliEducation: Got it!
