Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with support functions to generate demand.
* Customer & Partner Management: Build relationships with clients, conduct business reviews, resolve concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and manage CRM data.
* Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with internal teams, provide feedback for product development, lead and mentor sales team, and foster a high-performance culture.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology fields such as power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
* Strong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations.
* Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
* Proficiency in English communication; multilingual skills are a plus.
* Ability to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.
