PThe role will have direct responsibility for managing Key Accounts and existing customers, as well as developing new business within the assigned territories or market segments. /ppThe resource will carry out all sales-related activities in line with the Sales Manager’s commercial guidelines. /ppThe position is accountable for achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets, in accordance with Prym’s overall sales strategy. /ppbr/ppMain responsabilities: /ppbr/pulliAnalyze profitability and commercial relevance of the existing and potential customers. /liliDefine and implement value-based sales strategies for assigned customers and territories, ensuring the achievement or overachievement of company and individual sales and margin targets. /liliBuild close customer relationships and develop strong personal connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders. /liliIdentify market trends and customer needs, proactively sharing insights with all relevant internal functions. /liliSubmit new product requests to Product Development in line with Prym’s sales strategy and market requirements. /liliDefine and maintain customer price lists. /liliDefine customer sales conditions in collaboration with the Sales Manager, including payment terms, freight costs, discounts, and sales incentives. /liliActively manage accounts receivable and overdue payments. /liliProvide accurate sales forecasts using existing Demand Planning tools. /liliParticipate in trade fairs and company marketing events, including international events as required. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements: /pulliDiploma/University degree /liliMinimum of 5 years previous experience in the sales roles within components and accessories for the Fashion industry. /liliGood SAP knowledge. /liliFluent in spoken and written Italian and proficient in English. /liliKnowledge of German or French is considered a plus. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset. /liliHigh level of self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and results-driven attitude. /liliWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basis. /li /ul
