Our client is a dynamic and globally connected trading firm, specializing in import-export, distribution, and strategic sourcing across various industries. With a strong presence in international markets, the company is committed to delivering high-quality products, competitive pricing, and tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of its partners. According to their impressive market growth, they are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive (M/F) for the Italian market.


Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join their team, focusing on the semiconductor industry. Key responsibilities include:

1. Preparing regular sales reports on sales volume, potential sales, and strategies for expanding the customer base.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance goals.
3. Developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and market share in the semiconductor sector.
4. Identifying and engaging new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
5. Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
6. Collaborating with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
7. Staying updated on market trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
8. Negotiating contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
9. Presenting sales pitches to key clients, maintaining relationships, and closing deals.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

* Sales experience in semiconductors or related industries, with a solid understanding of electronic components, supply chains, and technical sales.
* Experience in B2B sales, distribution, or OEM partnerships is highly beneficial.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, market dynamics, and supply chains.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a results-oriented mindset.
* Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics for performance tracking and strategy optimization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
