 
        
        Purpose
To strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group, we are looking for a highly motivated, fast-paced learner Junior Account Manager to join our team. The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization
 * Responsible for the performance of assigned portfolio, with also strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory
 * Independently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations
 * Build and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage
 * Analyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions
Qualifications:
 * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing
 * 2–5 years’ experience in sales role, ideally in the pharma or machinery and equipment market.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel
 * Strong sense of accountability as well commitment
 * Self-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities
 * Full proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus
