This includes supporting and expanding existing distributors while identifying and developing new distribution partners to strengthen market presence. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support for customers, key influencers and end users ensuring proper use of dairy products and feed ingredients. /li liProvide marketing support, services and consulting with key influencers and decision‑makers like dairy owners and managers, independent and/or feed company salespeople and/or nutritionists, veterinarians or other influencers. /li liParticipate in preparation of sales support materials for use by the partners’ sales teams and customers. /li liAnalyze, challenge and report sales forecast provided by nutritional distributors. /li liCreate, develop and present technical presentations for distributors and customers. /li liIdentify, evaluate and onboard new distribution partners for Phibro’s nutritional specialty product portfolio. /li liCollaborate with marketing to plan and execute product branding initiatives, including digital campaigns, within the assigned geography. /li liSupport the achievement of budgeted sales and gross margins. /li liProvide distributors with training, technical service, and sales support to drive demand creation. /li liRepresent Phibro at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility. /li liParticipate in regional marketing strategy development and business planning to accelerate growth. /li liMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging issues; share insights with the European Ruminants Business Manager and broader EU nutritional team. /li liContribute to the annual budgeting process to secure resources needed to meet sales objectives. /li liMaintain consistent communication with managers regarding customer activities, market developments, and progress. /li /ul h3Education, Knowledge, Years of Experience /h3 ul liIdeally have a degree in Veterinary Medicine or a degree in Nutrition or other relevant animal science. /li liMinimum of 5 years’ industry experience in business development with primary expertise in dairy cattle nutrition and management. /li liIdeally have previous experience with technical/sales support. /li /ul h3Key Competencies, Requirements, Complexity /h3 ul li bCommercial /b ul liStrong B2B commercial skills in the dairy cattle feed sector. /li liFinancials – understand the relationship between sales, marketing, operations, finance etc. /li liCustomer Orientation – knows customer’s business model and its competitive implications and how decisions are made and influenced through; ul liDistribution /li liFeed Manufacturers /li liNutritionists /li liVeterinarians /li liLarge dairy farms /li /ul /li /ul /li li bTechnical /b ul liProficient in dairy cattle nutrition and management. /li liUnderstanding of nutrition and biological function in dairy cattle. /li liCompetency required with Microsoft Office and CPM‑dairy or other ration formulation programs. /li /ul /li li bPerson /b ul liPassionate about animal health specifically the health of dairy cattle. /li liConversational level English language skills. /li liMust be willing to travel within assigned region for approximately 50% of time. /li liStrong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent communication (oral and written) skills. /li liWell organised, able to influence, lead and drive commercial deals. /li /ul /li /ul pTo learn more about Phibro Animal Health's competitive benefits package, please click here: Phibro Benefits. /p pPhibro is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /p pAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, national origin, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, marital status or any other characteristics protected by law. /p pbBusiness Unit: Animal Health Mineral Nutrition /b /p pbDivision: Animal Health Nutrition /b /p pbDepartment: Business Development /b /p pbLocation: Remote Europe, Italy /b /p pbWork Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 Hours) /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
