Job Overview:
* Drive the growth of the Solar Module sales business by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
* Conduct regional market analysis, focusing on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitors' activities, and key distributors and installers' performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including distributors, installers, and consultants, with tailored strategies for each.
* Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive sales initiatives.
* Support regional marketing efforts such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches.
* Prepare regular sales reports for management, tracking progress against goals.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to help shape product strategy and roadmap in the PV module segment.
* Engage with key industry players to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly.
* Develop customized proposals to respond to tender requirements, optimizing both technical and commercial aspects.
* Identify new market segments and opportunities for expanding our product offerings.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure product delivery aligns with expectations.
* Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
* Partner with marketing and sales teams to oversee product launches and ensure successful rollouts.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: 3-5 years in the solar module industry, working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs.
* Sales & Business Development: Proven ability to generate sales and develop opportunities.
* Procurement & Customer Relations: Familiarity with procurement processes and crafting customer-aligned responses.
* Decision Making: Ability to define product guidelines and see initiatives through.
* Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgets and product expenditures.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: Sales-driven, proactive, and competitive.
* Interpersonal Skills: Effective relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
* Critical Thinking: Analytical skills to evaluate complex situations.
