Introducing an innovative payment process for cars and other industries. You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely / on site) for our product usage. You identify potential "stumbling blocks" in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other areas. You are in charge of supporting existing clients. Through your close contact with customers, you help to continuously improve our product and processes Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proven successful projects. You maintain a structured and organized way of working, even under stress: you are used to managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to our customers. You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the automotive or software environment is a plus but not mandatory.
