You will be part of the Service Business Line, taking care of our Service products and our customers with main focus in the Campania and Lazio regions. You will deal with a challenging market, working to strengthen the relationship with existing customers and to create new opportunities at prospects. You will be assigned challenging targets, and we will support you with all the tools and trainings to achieve your goals.Qualifications- Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or prior experience- Good technical understanding and interest in new technical products/developments- Organizational skills to ensure coverage of assigned territory- Strong sales techniques and communication skillsA sales person who has developed max 1-2 years of experience in Industrial market segment, selling to medium and large companies. She or He will work with demanding customers and we expect you to have good relational skills, being able to manage conflicts and autonomously carry on negotiations, along with complex problem solving attitude and time management ability. CRM daily use is also required, along with the reporting activities on your leads, opportunities and sales targets constant monitoring. You will map customers’ needs in your area and deliver inputs to your customers both existing services improvement and new service opportunity. You will work with a team that includes people in marketing and Operation, and your active cooperation with them is necessary.
