Overview Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Brand Manager - Europe (Interim) to play an instrumental role in the development and execution of the Hitachi Energy branding strategy within the Europe region. This individual will be responsible for the branding activities within the region connecting with different stakeholders and teams, helping people get to know, trust and recognize the Hitachi brand within internal and external audiences, building affinity and attraction for the Hitachi brand. The person in this role will develop Europe brand content and work in collaboration with the global lead of Branding and communications teams to ensure consistent delivery and stewardship of our brand. Responsibilities Responsible for the development and execution of the global brand strategy in the EU region Responsible for the re-branding activities within EU region Responsible for the enhancement of global brand guidelines and visual identity system and ensures consistency of brand execution across Europe markets. Tracks, analyzes and reports brand program results to ensure strategies and tactics are working and to optimize business outcomes Supports projects as a brand advocate and ambassador with a mastery of our brand principles, mission and communication goals Proactively partner with the Hitachi European branding teams to learn about new updates, guidelines, and best practices for brand evolution in the region Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business Qualifications More than 5 years of brand management, Communications or marketing experience roles Graphic design experience with knowledge of Adobe Suite Self-starter with the ability to see a project from concept to launch Must have a creative eye and disciplined regard for aesthetic Strong communications aptitude Excellent written and verbal communications Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success Passionate about delivering brand growth and driving the company’s mission J-18808-Ljbffr
