As a National Account Manager, you’ll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and implement customer business plans for Top Clients, identifying growth opportunities and profitability optimization levers. /liliNegotiate commercial agreements (sales targets, promotional investments, visibility and category management initiatives) ensuring delivery against financial KPIs. /liliDrive performance of assigned customers, ensuring achievement of sales and margin targets in line with brand/product priorities. /liliMonitor and optimize commercial performance through structured analysis, identifying gaps and activating corrective actions in collaboration with the Field Force. /liliContribute to the development and validation of commercial policies, bringing customer and market insights to maximize effectiveness of commercial levers. /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders to define and execute tailored promotional plans and initiatives for strategic customers. /liliBuild and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, acting as a reference point for Top Clients. /liliDevelop accurate sales and volume forecasts, activating commercial levers to ensure target achievement. /liliAnalyze sell‑in, sell‑out, stock levels and promotional performance to drive data‑based decisions. /liliMonitor competitor activities and define response strategies in collaboration with relevant internal functions. /li /ulh3Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) /h3ulliAchievement of Net Sales and margin targets for assigned customers. /liliCustomer profitability and sustainability of commercial agreements. /liliEffectiveness and ROI of promotional activities. /liliLevel of execution of commercial agreements at customer level. /liliForecast accuracy and ability to implement corrective actions. /liliSell‑out performance and efficient stock and rotation management. /li /ulh3About you /h3h3Education /h3pBachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields. /ph3Experience /h3pAt least 5 years in commercial roles with direct responsibility for managing and developing key customers (Top Clients and buying groups) across multiple channels (modern trade, wholesalers/WHS, and specialized channels). /ph3Skills /h3pStrong understanding of retail and Top Client commercial dynamics; solid PL management capabilities; strong analytical skills to interpret multi‑source data and develop business plans / monitor performance; proven ability to build long‑term relationships with internal and external stakeholders. /ph3Languages /h3pEnglish fluent. /ph3Location /h3pMilan site. /ph3About us /h3pOpella is the self‑care challenger with the purest and third‑largest portfolio in the Over‑The‑Counter (OTC) Vitamins, Minerals Supplements (VMS) market globally.
