In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Take ownership of medium-complexity customer inquiries by transforming RFQs into orders, delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions that bring to bear the full product portfolio.
* Deliver top-tier customer service by promptly addressing technical and commercial questions, while seamlessly coordinating with internal experts to resolve specialized requests.
* Act as a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs, interpreting technical requirements, and collaborating with sales teams, factories, and multi-functional departments to develop the most effective solution.
* Configure and size products to meet specific application requirements, ensuring alignment with documentation, testing needs, lead times, and budget expectations.
* Prepare and manage detailed, accurate quotations using Oracle / MYEMERSON, providing expert technical recommendations and submitting competitive proposals within tight deadlines.
* Ensure alignment between purchase orders and the proposed solutions, proactively managing and resolving any technical discrepancies to maintain a smooth customer experience

Your strong communication skills and CRM expertise make you a reliable partner to both customers and multi-functional teams.
For This Role, You Will Need:
* To succeed in the role you’d typically need a combination of technical knowledge, commercial competence, and strong communication skills.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or similar)
* Solid understanding of engineering principles and ability to interpret technical specifications
* Ability to balance technical accuracy with commercial viability
* Customer focused attitude with a passion for providing high-quality service
* Fluent in Italian and English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* A background or experience in industrial automation, valves/instrumentation, or process control systems is a strong plus
* Experience in preparing quotations, reviewing RFQs, and managing purchase orders
* Strong command of CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and support the sales process
* Initiates action, detail-focused, and forward-thinking
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
