Power Solutions S.r.l, a subsidiary of BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH, is responsible for the development, sales and implementation of Energy Solutions for international commercial and industrial clients. Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant (M/F/d) in Part Time as a temporary position with possibility of extension. What You Will Do: - Development, implementation and monitoring of BayWa r.e. Power Solution’s marketing activities for our Italian business unit - Execute and implement marketing and communication strategy and tactics based on a close collaboration with the BayWa r.e. central marketing, local teams & external agencies - Monitor and analyze market developments and competitors - Responsibility of creating benchmark reports & support sales activities in close collaboration with the sales team - Local support and management of website, social media channels, trade fairs, conferences, local events, adaption of communication and collaterals to the Italian market etc. - Local roll-out and management of integrated HR marketing / employer branding campaigns within budget - Close cooperation with the local Managing Director and team leads as well as international marketing coordinators to identify marketing synergies for the local market What You Bring: - University degree in business administration or sales/marketing or equivalent education - At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position - Business English as a must & another European language is a plus - Digital affinity such as customer relationship management solutions / IT landscape projects - Organization skills, solution orientation and a team driven personality - Knowledge of the Italian energy/renewable energy market would be an advantage - Communication and self-organization skills, a hands-on mentality What We Are Ready To Offer You: - Mobile working - Flexible working hours - Smartphone (business and private use) - Modern office atmosphere with flat hierarchies and an international team Is This Role The Right Fit For You?: Diversity and Equal Opportunity At BayWa r.e. we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
