This role will be pivotal in executing the regional marketing initiatives in alignment with the Cluster Marketing Plan. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with high standards of integrity, a strategic thinker and a strong communicator with a "can do" attitude. This role will be based in Milan. /ppstrongYOUR ROLE /strong /pulliDevelop and maintain approved promotional materials to support commercial activities. /liliProvide regular promotional updates to the commercial team. /liliCreate professional, relevant customer-facing presentations, marketing decks, and educational tools for the commercial operations team. /liliSupport the Italy and Iberia (ITIB) marketing strategy in line with the broader strategic plan. /liliPlan and coordinate the company’s presence at key ITIB events. /liliOversee the deployment, implementation, and monitoring of all CRM-related responsibilities. /liliPrepare technical documentation to support tender submissions. /liliTrack and analyze market share performance using CMR, Marketing Intelligence, and Analytics tools. /liliEnsure effective implementation of product launch platforms in accordance with the EMEA strategy. /li /ulpstrongYOUR BACKGROUND /strong /pulliPharma or Medical relevant exposure and experience /liliSkilled on SalesForce, or another CRM /liliItalian and English are a must and Spanish is a strong plus /liliGood standing and presentation skills /liliMS Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Powerpoint) /li /ulpGuerbet is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
