1. General ledger entries & reconciliations.
2. Requesting vendor quotations.
3. Preparing client offers & purchase agreements.
4. Sending & tracking vendor orders.
5. Receiving and managing stock.
6. Invoicing & credit control.
7. Answering phones and client communication.
8. Supporting the Director with scheduling & coordination.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
9. Basic accounting knowledge.
10. Organized, and detail-oriented.
11. Positive attitude, responsible and willingness to learn.
12. Strong communication skills in Greek & English.
13. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
