Customer Support Agent Intern

Dive into the world of customer support and technical excellence with the START Internship Program as a Support Agent Intern. Build your skills while helping customers optimize their Field Service Management experience.
What you are going to do:
•Provide first-level support to customers and partners, ensuring a seamless experience.
•Document and manage detailed logs of issues and resolutions.
•Conduct quality assurance and testing activities.
What we are looking for:
•Detection and quick fix of technical issues.
•Computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
•Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of complex relational databases.
•Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
•Customer-oriented approach to build trust and provide assistance.
•Fluent English (B2 level) and Italian (Native or B2+).
