For the 2026 season, we are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Rang who will become a key reference point in ensuring our guests receive impeccable service — in line with the highest standards of Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux.
You will coordinate the dining room operations, support junior staff training, and help craft unforgettable gastronomic experiences.
Your Responsibilities
1. Warmly welcome guests and promptly accompany them to their tables in the F&B outlets
2. Coordinate, supervise, and organize the dining service
3. Ensure cleanliness and attention to every service detail
4. Anticipate guests’ needs to guarantee complete satisfaction
5. Deliver high-quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux standards
6. Support the training and development of the Commis de Rang
7. Manage the service through to completion, creating unforgettable memories for our guests
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
What We’re Looking For
8. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
9. A 5-star mindset with a professional yet friendly approach
10. Strong teamwork attitude

13. Emotional intelligence: sensitivity to the needs and feelings of guests and colleagues, with the ability to manage one’s own emotions under pressure
14. Passion for service, courtesy, and discretion
15. Well-groomed appearance and strong communication skills
16. Good knowloged of English
17. Respect for nature and appreciation for the values it represents
18. Valid HACCP certification
19. Own vehicle required
