Key Responsibilities

* Business Development: identify, approach, and acquire new marketing investments of B2B clients among premium, fashion, and luxury brands to promote Global Blue's marketing and advertising solutions.
* Account Management: manage and grow existing client relationships through consultative selling, understanding business needs, and providing tailored proposals that deliver measurable results.
* Sales Planning: define and execute a sales marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize client portfolio potential.
* Proposal & Negotiation: develop impactful sales proposals, lead marketing commercial negotiations, and ensure profitable agreements aligned with company objectives.
* Collaboration: work closely with internal teams (Product, Data, and Marketing Operations) to guarantee effective campaign execution and client satisfaction.
* Market Insights: monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client performance to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Reporting: track and report commercial results, pipeline evolution, and client feedback to the Head of Marketing.
* Cross-country Coordination: collaborate with Global Blue's international teams to leverage global best practices and cross-market opportunities.

Profile & Competencies

* Experience: at least 5 years in B2B sales and account management roles within marketing, media, or customer engagement services. Other sectors working experience can be considered if any proved marketing knowledge.
* Sales Excellence: proven record of achieving or exceeding commercial targets.
* Client Orientation: strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and deliver strategic value.
* Communication Skills: excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, both in English and Italian.
* Analytical Thinking: capacity to interpret client data, campaign KPIs, and market insights to shape persuasive proposals.
* Collaboration: proactive team player able to coordinate cross-functional projects.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
* Industry Background: experience with premium, fashion, travel retail, or luxury brands is an advantage.
