You will also ensure technical alignment with customer specifications by working directly with customers and collaborating with sales, following SBU rules for pricing and manufacturing lead times. /ppstrongYour Responsibilities Will Include: /strong /pulliRecording incoming enquiry requests /liliAnalyzing and registering technical information (Specifications and Datasheets) provided by customers and proposing suitable systems /liliParticipating in pre-bid technical clarification meetings with customers /liliPreparing technical bids with clarifications deviations /liliCollaborating with other functions for torque calculations /liliSending and managing RFQs to actuator manufacturers /liliParticipating in technical clarification meetings with customers to achieve final technical alignment /liliReviewing commercial terms and conditions impacting financial risk (e.g., warranties, penalties) /liliConducting trade compliance reviews /liliProviding technical support and clarifications to the local Sales Office /liliSupporting sales with missing price lists /liliManaging product quotations in line with company policies /liliProcessing order receipt and release to manufacturing /liliParticipating in post-order technical meetings to ensure conditions are met and evaluate financial impacts of requirement changes /liliServing as the reference point for TQ’s during post-order contract reviews /liliTranslating customer specifications into information for BOM and paperwork creation /li /ulpstrongWho You Are: /strong /ppYou take responsibility for your decisions, actions, and failures.
