This role will embrace a new measurement culture designed to support decisions and help monitor customer and trade investments, highlighting risks and opportunities for the business and supporting decision taking aimed at generating profitable growth and improving relationships with strategic customers. /p h3Key Responsibilities and Activities /h3 ul liSupport Area Managers, NAM and KAM in analyzing business performance vs plans and assess the financial sustainability of customer initiatives (e.g., ROpps assessment, ROI analysis, forecasting product/customer profitability). /li liDeliver economic-financial analyses to support decision making processes and identify root causes aimed at enabling corrective actions in collaboration with line management. /li liPartner with Sales, CCM and PRG team to monitor revenue management initiatives and track progress toward sales objectives. /li liElaborate yearly budget, budget reviews and interim forecasts, according to Group FPA guidelines and timing. /li liEnhance reporting tools, by integrating additional (non-financial) KPIs and optimizing dataset structure. /li liTake initiative, lead change and constructively challenge existing processes to introduce quantitative models for the evaluation of Customer investment and choices (target setting and post-evaluation). /li /ul h3Required Skills Traits /h3 ul liInternational profile with interest in developing an international career, Finance or STEM Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. /li li2 or 3+ years of relevant work experience as business/sales analyst in FMCG. /li liProven experience in working in challenging environments, with the ability to drive commercial insights through analytics. /li liStrong communicator and influencer, assertive but smooth when needed to challenge status quo. /li liProficient in English and Italian; other languages are a plus. /li liProficiency in advanced analytics and reporting and AI tools with ability to tell a story. /li /ul h3Our Commitment to Diversity Inclusion /h3 pAt Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
