With more than 10 years of experience and a solid reputation within EBAA and NBAA, we manage over 1,000 charter flights annually across more than 80 countries, delivering 24/7 operational excellence with globally recognized service standards.
With operational offices in Milan, Lugano, and Dubai, we are currently undergoing strong international expansion and are looking for a Marketing Manager – Group Marketing Lead with strong strategic vision and execution capabilities, able to coordinate and manage the entire marketing ecosystem across our transportation and mobility group.
The Role
The Marketing Manager will be the main reference point for all marketing activities across the Group, managing strategy, execution, and coordination of the marketing team and external partners.
This position requires a hands-on leader capable of driving brand positioning, performance marketing, and communication strategies across PVJets and all related companies connected to the holding structure.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the integrated Group marketing strategy (online and offline)
• Lead and coordinate the entire marketing team across all business units
• Oversee all marketing activities related to PVJets and the transportation group companies
• Plan and supervise communication campaigns and advertising initiatives
• Manage brand positioning and brand identity across multiple brands and projects
• Coordinate external agencies, media buyers, digital consultants, and creative partners
• Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI, reporting directly to Management
• Support strategic projects, new launches, and international expansion initiatives
• Manage and optimize the Group marketing budget with a performance-driven approach
Ideal Profile
We are looking for a structured, results-driven professional capable of operating in a fast-paced international environment.
Candidates with experience in aviation, luxury, mobility, transportation, or premium service industries are preferred.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong ownership, operational mindset, and high commitment.
Requirements
• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles
• Strong strategic and operational marketing capabilities
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-company marketing environments
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and ADV platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
• KPI-driven mindset with analytical and performance-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Excellent English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and strong initiative
