Work closely with the product partnerships team to drive new partnership opportunities to fruition. /liliBring partnerships from deal close through product launches /liliScale, nurture, and optimise partnerships beyond launch, identifying incremental, mutually beneficial opportunities to grow the partnership /liliDevelop strong and deep relationships with our key partner across RL product areas /liliManage all internal and external executive communication, meetings, and engagements. Manage the proper senior level partner relationships with a focus on continued growth of the partnership, and execution against contractual obligations /liliWork collaboratively cross-functionally with business development, marketing, operations, data science, engineering, product management, legal, developer strategy, and comms to execute our obligations as articulated in each partnership /liliMaintain a cadence of regular syncs with partners to understand their roadmaps and priorities to proactively identify opportunities to grow the partnership beyond any initial deal /liliAdvocate for the partner internally and for the the Meta team's needs externally with the partner /liliAnalyse key business metrics to impact change for both the partner and internally within FRL /liliWork closely with the Italian government and policy teams at Meta to drive forward Reality Labs product partnership objectives and programs in conjunction with key Italian partners. /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulli8+ years in a partner-facing role in the Internet, consumer electronics, and / or high-tech industries, including 5+ years of business development experience /liliFluent in Italian, other languages are desired /liliSound business judgment and ability to prioritise and triage partner-related issues, solution-find, and effectively motivate internal and external stakeholders to work towards a common goal /liliHighly strategic and experienced in leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate, collaborate, and successfully seize opportunities /liliComfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment /liliCreative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised and excellent communication skills /liliExperience with structuring and negotiating partnership agreements for development, joint development, IP and brand licensing, marketing and distribution, and more /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliBA / BS Degree, MBA degree desired. /liliPrevious business experience in hardware and devices partnerships, HW / SW partner management /liliStrong technical competence or tech-curious and motivated to learn /liliExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships, garner respect, and grow influence inside and outside the AR / VR organisation /liliSkilled at navigating, understanding, and enforcing contracts /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
