Role Description
This is a contract remote position for a Sales Account Education Market focused on B2B digital transformation in the European higher education market. We seek a professional who can translate technological potential into meaningful institutional transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic client relationships in the European university sector
Develop comprehensive digital transformation proposals
Translate complex technological solutions into human-oriented strategies
Conduct strategic sales presentations that highlight institutional potential
Implement consultative selling approaches
Bridge technological capabilities with human educational needs
Provide nuanced demonstrations of AI-driven solutions
Report on sales insights and institutional transformation opportunities

Qualifications
5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in education/high education sector (private and public)
Fluency in English and Italian
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technological solutions in human-oriented language
Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies
Proven track record in complex sales cycles
Empathy in understanding institutional cultural dynamics
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in translating technological potential into educational strategy
Understanding of AI and digital optimization tools
Proven track record of human-centered technological implementation
Previous international sales experience
Understanding that technology serves learning, not dominates it

Contract Details
Duration: 1-year contract with potential extension
Location: Remote-based with travel across Europe and UK
Start Date: January 2026

Selection Process

The selection journey consists of four comprehensive stages:

Curriculum Screening An initial review of professional backgrounds, focusing on experience, educational qualifications, and alignment with Future Education's mission. We evaluate candidates holistically, looking beyond traditional metrics to understand potential for meaningful institutional impact.
Initial Interview A conversational assessment exploring the candidate's communication skills, understanding of digital transformation, and personal approach to technology in education. This stage helps us gauge the candidate's ability to translate complex technological concepts into human-oriented strategies.
Case Study Challenge Candidates will develop a digital transformation proposal for a simulated European university. This stage assesses strategic thinking, creativity in problem-solving, and capacity to view technological solutions through a human-centric lens.
Final Interview with CEO A deep-dive conversation exploring the candidate's vision, philosophical alignment with our approach, and potential to contribute to Future Education's transformative mission. This interview goes beyond technical skills to understand the candidate's broader perspective on educational innovation.
Each stage is designed to be transparent, fair, and focused on identifying professionals who can truly drive meaningful educational transformation.
