What are you going to do?
The solutions architect helps design, scope, and govern solutions involving multiple product lines and third-party products.
* Provide input on future functionalities, implementation, and standards.
* Analyze requirements and design solutions for customer scenarios.
* Create solution documentation for internal and external use.
* Produce technical specifications for custom development and integration.
* Suggest best practices and third-party solutions.
* Resolve problems and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
* Manage product lifecycle phases.
* Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
* Coordinate with sales and deployment teams for successful delivery.
* Analyze customer site requirements to propose solutions from the Ascom portfolio.
What do you need?
* Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
* At least 2 years’ experience in system integration deployments.
* Experience with medical software installation and configuration.
* Strong customer-facing consulting skills.
* English proficiency required.
* Experience with Medical Device connectivity, design tooling, cloud, SaaS, Microsoft Stack, Microservices, SQL (MSSQL preferred, Postgres a plus).
