You’ll own the relationships we have with elite sports organisations, providing training, sports consultancy, and ongoing support daily. In this role, you’ll become an industry-leading technology expert and ensure our clients get maximum value from our products and services. /ppuRegion : /u Europe /ppuType : /u Contractor /ppbAccount Management /b /pulliServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. /liliProvide Sports Science consultancy. /liliBe strategic in your approach, providing proactive, value-added account management services. /liliEnsure clients are using the most up-to-date products and are fully trained on every aspect of the system. /liliBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. /liliEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. /liliProvide prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries and assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed. /liliKeep client records up to date and accurate in Salesforce, recording all interactions. /liliVisit clients throughout the year to ensure their needs and objectives are being met. /liliDevelop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. /liliCollaborate with the Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities within territories. /liliSupport the Pre-Sales team by delivering online and onsite demonstrations of STATSports’ new products and services to prospective clients. /liliCompile, share, and file all necessary online/onsite demo reports for future reference or to furnish the Business Development team with necessary information. /liliContribute to the Sports Science Department, including writing Performance Insights. /liliBe committed to continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest in athlete monitoring and account management skills. /li /ulpbAbout You /b /ppThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and works well in a fast-paced environment.
