The ideal candidate will have experience in the Furniture Manufacturing Industry. This is a full-time, contractor position with opportunities for growth and development within our company. /ppAsian company, starting in Europe! Also Chipboard, MDF for furniture. /liliFor Construction and Decoration used, indoor. /li /ulpYou will join a sales team located in Asia and take responsibility for our sales activities in South Europe and (possibly) Northern Europe. /ppbPosition Details: /b /pulliPosition: Regional Sales/Country Manager /liliLocation: Spain / Portugal / Italy / France (Work from Home) /liliEmployment type: Full-time / Contractor / Freelance /liliRemuneration: to discuss expectations /li /ulpbDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: /b /pulliDetect new potential partners, help them improve their skills so that they can be part of our core sales network. /liliSells the organization's products or services to and maintains relationships with existing accounts. /liliReport the objectives, actions taken and results obtained to your hierarchy. /liliResponsible for identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities and pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats. /liliPrepares formal proposals and presentations, presents to all levels of the organization including executives, leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making processes and overcomes objectives to closure, and closes sales in a professional and effective manner. /liliResponsible for significant key partner relationship management and development. /liliResearch and develop lists of potential customers within an organization; regularly follow-up on leads and developing leads, and act to close deals. /liliDetermine market strategies and goals for each product and service; understanding the strategies, goals and objectives of named accounts. /liliAssume a leadership role in coordinating account strategy and tactics for sales support team. /liliDevelops strategy for sustained management and success of business and coordinates resources to ensure goals are met. /liliThe position has a strong international dimension with clients in all countries of Europe. /liliPrimary point-of-contact for named enterprise account/(s). /li /ulpbREQUIREMENTS: /b /pulliNative/fluent in English, both oral and written. /liliExcellent communication skills (both oral and written). /liliPrior experience in Sales/ Furniture Industry for at least 3 years. /liliUnderstanding of flooring product as Rigid Core, Eco Composite, Waterproof Hardwood, Waterproof Laminate, Waterproof Wall Tiles, Traditional Floors, Expanded Polymer Core. /liliSelf-motivated, gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service. /liliProblem solving abilities, strong logical analytics. /liliAbility to multi-task, handling multiple assignments simultaneously. /liliAble to work independently and as a part of the team. /li /ulpbBENEFITS: /b /pulliExcellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance. /liliBe part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere. /liliGuidance and tools to reach your full potential. /liliYou are willing to travel in China for Training, to meet interesting counterparts and Culture Enterprise! /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
