you've got mail: we get back to you via email to arrange a first interview (usually within 1 week)
first touch: an interview with Simona, People Care team manager, and with one person closest to your job position to assess your professional skills
team touch base: a second with the Servant Leader and/or Product Owner of your candidate team to assess your attitude and your compatibility with the team
almost done! we will discuss budgets and you will get a final interview with our CFO

Arkage is looking for a Copywriter Mid (RM), is that you?
What you do on a daily basis
Every day you will develop and oversee the copy strategy for integrated campaigns aimed at national NGO clients. You will devise strong and engaging creative concepts, transforming them into effective copy for digital channels (social, web, newsletters) and offline channels (ADV, BTL, print materials). You will use generative tools to optimize copy and support the ideation phase, continuously improving the effectiveness and resonance of messages. You will be the creative and textual reference point during shooting and recording sessions, providing real‐time feedback and ensuring narrative consistency. You will work closely with Art Directors, PMs, and Producers, actively following the pre‐production (script, casting, location) and post‐production phases (editing, color, sound) to ensure the final result reflects the creative vision. Artificial Intelligence will be one of the key tools in your work, an enabler for an increasingly innovative and high‐performing approach.
Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience in an agency or similar creative roles: you are a versatile copywriter with a solid portfolio demonstrating experience across ATL, BTL campaigns and, specifically, a deep knowledge of social and digital dynamics. You are autonomous in project management, have a problem‐solver approach, and love to propose distinctive communication solutions. You have direct experience in following content production (photo/video) and know how to intervene creatively on a set. You are results‐oriented, a team player, and possess a positive and proactive attitude. Enthusiasm for experimentation and new technologies, especially those related to Artificial Intelligence, sets you apart.
Technical Skills
Proven experience in writing copy for advertising campaigns (ATL/BTL), social media content, and digital marketing.
Excellent command of the Italian language, with the ability to adapt the tone of voice to different industries and targets.
Direct experience in the creative and operational management of photo and video sets, including the ability to follow pre and post‐production.
Direct experience in using Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Large Language Models) for ideation and workflow acceleration.
Excellent synthesis and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of the dynamics and formats of main social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Nice to have
Experience gained in the Non‐Profit/Charity sector, understanding its communication specificities.
Knowledge or experience in applying SEO principles to copy.
Good knowledge of the English (B2 or higher), especially for managing briefs and writing international concepts.
