In this role, you will lead Azienda riservata's transformation of delivery experiences from one-size-fits-all to mission-aware personalization. You'll build an adaptive intelligence layer that understands why each delivery matters—whether it's event-driven urgency, routine replenishment, or cost-conscious consolidation—and surfaces the right options across discovery, cart, checkout, and post-purchase. Partner with P13N, Customer 360, Conversational CX (Rufus), and delivery benefits teams to integrate delivery signals throughout the customer experience, creating consistency from discovery through post-purchase.Given the strategic importance of this space, this role requires excellent customer-driven product and business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to operate independently, a successful track record of setting the vision for and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion, and the ability to translate customer behavior patterns into scalable personalization systems that make shopping feel effortless.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancementsExperience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
