Position Overview
• Coordinating day-to-day operations and manage day-to-day operations of the cafe. • Ensuring that company guidelines are followed and supporting the manager as needed. • Driving sales and ATV to achieve monthly target. • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and following the audit and AP standard. • Supervising, leading and motivating employees. • Monitoring customer and client satisfaction and managing customer complaints and resolving their issues. • Supporting staff on the best ways to resolve issues with customers and deliver excellent customer service. • Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service.• Preparing coffees and other beverage to a high standard of taste and quality. • Making recommendations to customers and answering any questions • Coordinate orders with other baristas to ensure a smooth customer experience. • Manage orders for stock and coffee supplies.• Maintain and updated record of Hygiene audit requirements. Eg: temperature control, fridge temperature record………etc. • Maintain and clean coffee bar area. Organise service where needed. • Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standard. • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation and provide customers a Ralph’s Coffee experience.

• Good communication and leadership skills • Create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for all customers. • Train and set standards for baristas. • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact when manager is not around.
