Randstad Professional's Sales & Marketing division, specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management, for a major company in the Luxury Hospitality industry is seeking a:
Sales Manager Leisure UK EMEA
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and consolidating business opportunities in international leisure markets:
* Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall revenue targets of the property.
* Develop and manage a client portfolio in the UK and EMEA markets, as well as the Entertainment segment, with a focus on luxury leisure agencies, tour operators, consortia, and production companies.
* Manage relationships with VIPs, celebrities, and clients from the entertainment world, ensuring maximum confidentiality and a highly personalized service.
* Collaborate with the PR and Marketing departments to develop activities with special interest groups and to manage partnerships with embassies and institutions.
* Organize and coordinate FAM trips, site inspections, and dedicated client events to promote the property and increase business opportunities.
* Continuously monitor competitors and market trends, identifying new opportunities for positioning and growth.
* Prepare forecasts, account development plans, and periodic reports to support the sales strategy.
Requirements and Skills:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within LUXURY HOTELS (5-star) or international hotel chains.
* Solid knowledge of the international leisure market and the entertainment/lifestyle segment.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and strong attention to detail.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of a second European language will be considered a plus.
* Discretion, confidentiality, and a "high-touch" approach to client service.
