The New Energy Solutions Product Manager will assist the Product Leader in developing and executing the evolution of the pump product roadmap. This role involves collaborating with RD to ensure technology consistency, engaging commercial teams to drive product adoption, and defining cost structures for pumps in new energy markets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsuring accountability for functional, business, and broad‑PVS objectives. /li liEngaging in discussions with various teams to enhance processes, procedures, and performance metrics. /li liDriving synergy with the CTS organization by promoting pumping solutions to shared customers and suppliers, including new applications. /li liEnsuring flawless execution of RD programs for enabling technologies, including timely data collection to support technology roadmaps. /li liFollowing established frameworks to navigate processes, attending customer and operator meetings alongside the commercial team in new technology environments (e.g., CO2, CPS, W‑to‑E, LAES) to detail product features and applications. /li liPartnering with customers in CCUS and Energy Transition spaces to optimize process solutions as part of integrated BH equipment proposals. /li liFocusing on business expansion toward future profitable applications such as cryogenic pumps and liquid air, supporting partnership initiatives, defining cost and pricing levels in a DTI environment, and analyzing customer feedback. /li liPresenting insights to senior leaders on technical matters and cross‑functional contributions, aligning with HSE standards. /li liCollaborating with RD teams to design a pump configurator tool for sCO2 mixtures and develop automated tools to optimize cost estimation processes. /li liExpanding the portfolio by injecting new intellectual property or fostering collaborations and partnerships. /li liDeveloping robust team cadence and growth plans, mentoring talent through initiatives such as academic programs and lab work. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will have: /p ul liMaster’s degree from an accredited university, at least 4–5 years of experience in Rotating Equipment Design or Management. /li liProven capability to operate in trans‑disciplinary and cross‑functional team environments while projects or programs are executed. /li liDemonstrated competencies in systems engineering and technology innovation through analytical and continuous improvement skills in an ever‑changing environment with shifting priorities. /li liGood experience within Product Management teams. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
